Bernie Bradley is President and CEO of InSight Performance Group, LLC a management consulting company located in Arlington, Virginia.  Ms. Bradley has more than 25 years of experience as a business leader and management professional in both the public and private sectors.  Bernie’s experience includes management consulting in the non-profit, manufacturing, distribution, government, financial, and pharmaceutical industries. She has created and trained on various topics including diversity, workplace harassment, talent acquisition and talent management, leadership, teambuilding, and coaching for executives. Bernie previously held executive leadership positions at Kraft Foods, Inc., Alliant Foodservice, Inc., Alpharma, Inc.  She also served as an officer in the United States Air Force.  She has created and trained on various topics including diversity, workplace harassment, talent acquisition and talent management, leadership, teambuilding, and coaching for executives.

Ms. Bradley holds an MBA from Embry Riddle University and received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from Troy University.  She has an AMA Teambuilding and Facilitation certification and is a Certified Executive Coach. She has held membership with SHRM, Business Women Network, NAWBO, ASTD, Washington Women Leadership Initiative and The University Club in DC.

She has served on the Board of Trustees for The Community Foundation of Howard County and is Past Chair of the Board of Directors for the Domestic Violence Center of Howard County. She is a member of the Women’s Giving Circle of Howard County, Delta Sigma Theta Alumnae, and Leadership Howard County, and does volunteer work with the nonprofit Success in Style.
