Eliseo Pilco brings over 27 years of distinguished law enforcement and public safety experience to CYFA’s Board of Directors. As a dedicated leader within the Arlington County Police Department, he has served in numerous supervisory roles, including Police Lieutenant, School Resource Officer Unit Supervisor, and Commander of the Civil Disturbance Unit. His leadership spans critical areas such as mental health response, school safety, emergency management, and youth engagement.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Eliseo is also a seasoned Emergency Communications Dispatcher with over two decades of experience managing 911 operations and frontline crisis response. A proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran and Operation Desert Storm deployer, Eliseo is committed to service, collaboration, and community well-being.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from George Mason University and is a graduate of the Northern Virginia Criminal Justice Academy. His deep understanding of restorative practices, public safety, and systems coordination strengthens CYFA’s mission to support youth and families across the region.
