Jennifer first joined CYFA as a summer intern and Youth Peer Court Ambassador after graduating from Arlington Public Schools. In this role, she supported real cases through our Youth Peer Court as part of CYFA’s Youth Restorative Diversion Initiative, which deepened her passion for justice and youth advocacy.

Motivated by her commitment to supporting the youth in her community, Jennifer transitioned into a part-time role as a Youth Specialist. She is currently pursuing an associate degree in Criminal Justice at Northern Virginia Community College, with plans to further her impact in the field of youth justice.
