Heather Creelman, Director of Development

Heather Creelman brings expertise in development and a deep commitment to community impact to her role as Director of Development at the Center for Youth and Family Advocacy (CYFA). Her recent roles within the Arlington community as Chief Development Officer at Bridges to Independence and Director of Development at Communities In Schools of Northern Virginia (CIS NOVA), highlight her steadfast dedication to serving the Northern Virginia community, with a particular focus on empowering children and strengthening families. Through these roles, she has driven initiatives that provide critical resources and opportunities for local youth. Driven by a belief that every child deserves to succeed regardless of their circumstances, Heather’s advocacy for underserved populations informs her leadership at CYFA. Heather is dedicated to advancing CYFA’s mission of restoring youth, uplifting families, and preventing involvement in the justice system, creating lasting change in the community.
