Heather Creelman, Director of Development

Heather brings expertise in relationship-driven strategy, partnerships, and growth to her role as Director of Development at the Center for Youth and Family Advocacy (CYFA). She leads efforts that strengthen community connections, align resources with impact, and ensure supporters and partners remain meaningfully engaged in CYFA’s mission. Known for her collaborative and solutions-focused approach, Heather works closely with stakeholders to understand needs, build trust, and drive measurable outcomes that benefit youth and families across Arlington. She is passionate about creating pathways that keep young people supported, connected, and thriving, and believes every young person deserves the opportunity to succeed regardless of circumstance.
