Collective impact initiatives are transformational movements for social change because no single agency, organization, program, or individual alone can create systems-level change.
CYFA’s Integrated Model of Partnership to Achieve Community-Based Transformation (IMPACT) focuses on changing systems and structures to improve community outcomes at scale (and not discrete programmatic interventions). IMPACT is a vehicle for intentional public-private collaboration to address the complex, adaptive issues of youth opportunity and community safety. Most recently, IMPACT was utilized to develop a comprehensive Children & Youth Master Plan for the City of Danville.
