Kitty Clark Stevenson

Kitty Clark Stevenson is an Arlington powerhouse. The daughter of Arlington County’s first paid African American firefighter at Fire Station 8 and raised in the Halls Hill neighborhood, Kitty believes that by lifting others, we all rise. Kitty has passionately served the Arlington community in a number of capacities, including as its first full-time Equal Employment Opportunity Officer, as a member and Chair of the Arlington Human Rights Commission, as the Assistant Registrar of Elections, and as the Founder and President of ABLE’N Consulting Services, a firm specializing in human resources management and training on disability awareness, equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
