Minisha Hicks wholeheartedly believes in the adage, “to whom much is given much is required.” This belief drives her current public service in the federal government. Minisha is the Director of the Division of Provider Enrollment Appeals at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Minisha proudly works with a dedicated staff to secure the integrity of the Medicare and Medicaid programs through diligent oversight of the provider enrollment administrative appeals process. Prior to this, Minisha worked with various Am Law 100 firms as an e-discovery attorney in large scale litigation matters.

Minisha is also passionate about helping women define how they show up on the inside and out. As a leadership and style coach, Minisha helps her clients unleash their internal authority and influence while assisting them in refining their external presentation. 

Her educational background includes a JD from the Howard University School of Law in Washington, DC and a BS in Criminal Justice from Tennessee State University in Nashville, Tennessee.
