Power to Young People:  Leading Together

Young people have the power to change their communities, and together that power is unstoppable. Participants explore how collective leadership, teamwork, and shared vision amplify impact and shape the future.

C.R.E.A.M.: Self-Discovery through Money

Moving from financial literacy to agency, this session empowers participants to understand the thought patterns that influence financial decisions, what budgets reveal about both current and long-term values, and how to make intentional financial choices that align with who they are and who they want to become.

Next-Gen Work: Career Paths in the Age of AI

This session helps teens explore how careers are evolving in a world increasingly shaped by AI and automation. Participants will examine emerging industries, learn which skills are most valuable, and reflect on their own strengths, passions, and interests to identify pathways that combine human creativity, critical thinking, and technological understanding.

Mid-Morning

Teens Taking Charge: Breaking Dependency

Addiction exists wherever humans do, but culture, environment, and access can shape how common or harmful it becomes. This session explores how strong social cohesion in schools can serve as an innovative solution, empowering students to support one another, build healthy habits, and reduce risk in their communities.

What We Don’t Talk About

Art provides a space to explore emotions, fears, and questions that are often difficult to name or discuss. This workshop invites participants to use creative expression to reflect on what goes unspoken about issues in their schools, families, and communities.

Talk of the Future: Communication in 2030

Step into the world of 2030 and explore how communication will evolve with AI, virtual reality, and immersive technology. Participants will discover new ways people will connect, collaborate, and share ideas, while examining the opportunities and challenges of faster, smarter, and more personalized communication in a high-tech future.

Afternoon

Be In The Know: Your Rights

Participants will learn about their legal rights at school and in their communities, how these rights apply in everyday situations, and how to use them to stay informed, prepared, and confident in protecting themselves and others.
