In partnership with Center for Youth and Famliy Advocacy (CYFA), you can leave a legacy that will affect sustainable change in the lives of underserved students for years to come.
 
Planned gifts create reliable funding streams, ensuring CYFA has sustainable resources to support our mission in reaching the remaining students in need of our services. Additionally, planned gifts to CYFA are  a fantastic way to both demonstrate your legacy of support for education equality while also securing personal tax benefits for your future plans.
 
A typical planned gift is bequest language designating a gift to CYFA within a will or trust. Please reference the below sample bequest language that uses our legal name Center for Youth and Family Advocacy and federal tax identification number 82-4681676:
 
I bequeath [the sum of $ ____ ] [an amount equal to ____% of the net value of my estate] [a specific asset or collection of assets such as securities, real estate, or tangible personal property] [all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate] to Center for Youth and Family Advocacy. (Tax Identification #82-4681676 ), a non-profit organization.
